About the App

QuickReceipt is a mobile receipt-creation tool for rideshare and small-business use. It can create receipts, keep local records, track expenses, and generate reports and exports.

QuickReceipt is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by a rideshare platform, payment processor, government authority, or other company. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and provide truthful, accurate information.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for all information entered into the app, including names, dates, amounts, addresses, transaction details, and business or trip information.

You may not use QuickReceipt to create fraudulent or misleading receipts, impersonate another person or business, submit false claims or disputes, or violate applicable law.

Auto-Generated IDs

Ride and business receipt IDs are generated automatically for organization. They are not guaranteed to be unique across devices or accepted by a third party as an official document reference.

No Legal, Tax, Accounting, or Financial Advice

QuickReceipt is a document-creation tool. Tax calculations are estimates based on rates you enter, and you are responsible for verifying rates and complying with applicable law.

wpggLabs does not guarantee that a generated receipt will be accepted by a business, payment platform, insurer, or government authority.

Local Data Storage and Backups

User-created data is stored locally. wpggLabs does not operate a QuickReceipt cloud database or backup service. Manual backup files are unencrypted JSON and do not contain local image binaries such as logos or expense photos.

Restoring a backup replaces current local app data. Data that was not backed up may be permanently lost when the app is deleted or a device is reset. You are responsible for securing the device and exported files.

Subscription status and billing records are managed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat rather than local backup files.

Sharing and Delivery

You are responsible for verifying receipt information and recipients before sharing. Delivery and external features depend on the device, network, and third-party services, and wpggLabs is not responsible for their availability or how recipients use shared content.

Subscriptions and Purchases

QuickReceipt Pro unlocks additional receipt, contact, export, template, logo, report, and branding features. Apple or Google processes payments, and RevenueCat manages subscription status.

Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the store through which you subscribed. wpggLabs does not issue store refunds directly.

Intellectual Property

App content, design, branding, templates, layouts, and software are owned by wpggLabs or licensed to it. You may not copy, modify, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits.

Disclaimer of Warranties

QuickReceipt is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. wpggLabs does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that calculations and formatting satisfy a particular regulatory standard.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wpggLabs is not liable for loss of data, financial or business loss, loss of income, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use QuickReceipt.

Termination and Governing Law

Access may be suspended or terminated for unlawful use or violation of these terms. These terms are governed by New York law unless another law applies by requirement.

Changes and Contact

Changes are reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
